Alec is a doctoral candidate in business administration (DBA) with research on economic value creation (Ecole nationale des Ponts et Chaussées). His background is in experiences of uncertainty as a backpacker in the Middle-East, in business risk management (EY), and in executive education (Mines ParisTech). He is the father of three.

Alec’s career quicked off at a think tank, then advanced to advisory roles at EY and now at Cegos, a global leader in Learning & Development. Alec holds an MSc in political economy from HEC Lausanne, is an executive coach (GoStrategic) and a certified internal auditor (CIA).
